Taff Rocks has served the communities of Merthyr Tydfil since 2018. In early 2022 we rescued an underused building in the Aberfan community, Smyrna Chapel and turned it into a hall for the benefit of the community.

As managers and caretakers, we'd like to ensure that Smyrna remains in use for the various communities across the Country Borough of Merthyr Tydfil for years to come.

We'd also like to be able to continue to run our core services of classes, workshops and seminars for the benefit of the communities.

To enable sustainability for the future of both Smyrna and Taff Rocks, we are making an appeal for your support, short-term or ongoing, that will able us to to become sustainable.

As a not-for-profit charitable organisation that is run by volunteers, we need your help.
