Some of our PDFs and Word documents are essential to providing our services. For example, we have PDFs with information on how users can access our services, and forms published as Word documents.
By December 2024, we plan to either fix these or replace them with accessible HTML pages.

Make sure all text on the page meets the minimum color contrast ratios specified by WCAG:
3:1 for text that is 18 pt, or 14 pt and bold
4.5:1 for all other text

To ensure our page's content is pronounced correctly for screen reader users, we will endeavour to use a valid language code in the lang attribute of the element.

Links must have a unique name or short description attached to them in the code to enable screen readers to read out loud.
