Deposits for workshops and classes

A short how-to guide

We know that, sometimes, people need a little support with knowing how to make payments online.
Here is a short guide, using images, of the screens you can expect from our online secure service provider.
We use SumUp and will assume you do not have a "SumUp Local" account and will be paying as a guest.
Taff Rocks absorbs the service provider's costs.

£1 deposit payment

Making a £1.00 deposit payment for a workshop

Click on the link below to make a single £1.00 deposit. These are usually a Taff Rocks Tuesday / Freestyle or a low cost event (will open in a new window, so you can come back here):

Follow the onscreen prompts by:

Entering your full name. Always use the main name that the tickets were booked under.

If the name is different from the main ticket booker, then enter the name here. If it's the same, you can leave it blank.

Now go down to the card payment method and make your selection.

Complete these details - we do not receive any card payment details!

Click 'Pay' and you're done.

Making multiple deposit payments for a workshop

For this option, you will encounter two screens, show below:

Screen 1: 
Enter the amount stated in your email. In this example, we have entered £2.00.
Then click 'continue'

Screen 2: 
Follow the onscreen prompts by:
Entering your full name. Always use the main name that the tickets were booked under.
If the name is different from the main ticket booker, then enter the name here. If it's the same, you can leave it blank.
Now go down to the card payment method and make your selection.
Complete these details - we do not receive any card payment details!

Click 'Pay' and you're done.
